Serghei Lisenco – “CMB” Training Center Expert

Mr. Serghei Lisenco is one of the leading trainers in the area of training methodology and training of trainers in Moldova.

He brings more than 11 years as a trainer of trainers. Mr. Serghei conducted thousands of training programs for various stakeholder groups: teachers, educators, journalists, local public administration, business community, in Moldova. Mr. Lisenco is one of the National High School Debate League Leaders.
Serghei acted as co-trainer in more than 10 training programs on HIV/AIDS conducted by CMB Training Center together with ILO/GTZ program in Moldova during the last 2 years. Serghei also worked with the League of people living with HIV/AIDS in Moldova and is well familiar with the context.
Mr. Lisenco is one of the Reading and Writing for Critical Thinking Program National Trainers. In addition to this, Mr. Lisenco is a NGO leader, and has a good knowledge of organizational development, project management, others.
