The Better World JL Institute is committed to promoting the education of the “whole person”. In this work, it sponsors schools, and other institutions including those involved in film and print media in the promotion of information that is inspirational in its manifestation of human achievement.
The Better World JL Institute is committed to the Betterment of humankind through by means of education. In this regard the Institute continues to support projects that have for their object this goal.
Vasile Gavril
Mr. Gavril is an engineer by profession, and has contributed a lot to community development at the local level in his capacity as Mayor (years 1998 – 2002) as well as during the Soviet times used to be the Director of a big collective Farm in the southern part of Moldova.
He brings to CMB local experiences, real problems at the community level and helps in identification of potential solutions. His expertise is valuable to the CMB Projects Component as well as to Organizational Development.
