Critical Thinking and Career Planning Skills

The implementation of this project started back in 2002, when the ‶CMB” Training Center has launched it, with the grant support from the Better JL World Institute, Los Angeles, USA.

The ‶Developing Critical Thinking and Career Planning Skills” aimed at supporting Youth from Moldova in improving their skills and knowledge related to Efficient Communication and Presentation Skills, Team-building, Learning Intelligences/Style, Defining one’s career goals and objectives, Career Planning, English as a Second Language and other aspects.

Since 2002 the project has been implemented in 4 phases up to the year 2006, during each new phase the program team elaborated new didactic materials, met new Youth representatives, organized new training programs and workshops.

More than 200 young specialists from different organizations, and young graduates of universities, have benefited from training programs from CMB Training Center as part of this project.
