Health Education with support from UCIMP Moldova

On August 23rd, 2011 “CMB” Training Center has signed a grant agreement with Public Institution”Coordination, Implementation and Monitoring Unit of the Health System Restructuring Project” from the Republic of Moldova http://www.ucimp.md/, on the implementation of the “Health Education project”.

Project implementation dates are September 2011 – June 2012.

“CMB” Training Center will implement the curriculum for the optional course “Decisions for a Healthy Life Style” in all vocational schools and colleges from the country. This course will be introduced to 1st year students from the above mentioned institutions and will start on January 1, 2012.

The current curriculum has been reviewed and approved by the National Council for Curriculum and Evaluation, Ministry of Education of R. Moldova, on June 14, 2011.

Along with a comprehensive teacher training program, the current project has also planned a series of important activities and measures to assure sustainability of the initiative at the national scale.
