Recent news at CMB
On June 9th 2011, Veronica Cretu of “CMB” Training Center, participated in the meeting of the National Council for Coordination of National Programs for Prophylaxis and Control of the HIV/AIDS, STIs and of Tuberculous.
During this meeting, the curriculum for the optional course “Decisions for a healthy life style” which was elaborated by CMB, Â has been mentioned as being under the review process by the Ministry of Education and that it is going to be implemented in the vocational schools of Moldova starting with September 1st, 2011.
This curriculum will be presented to the National Council for Evaluation and Curriculum by Veronica Cretu, on June 14, 2011.
On June 9th 2011, “CMB” Training Center organized a capacity building program on Conflict Management for the team of KeyStone International. The event took place at Malovata, Dubasari and had as a goal exercising behavior in conflict situations and identification of solutions for conflict management.
On June 1st 2011, “CMB” Training Center participated with a presentation during a round table meeting on “Protection of Children in the Internet” at the invitation of the Ministry of Technology and Communication of the Republic of Moldova. “CMB” Training Center is interested in elaborating a curriculum for an optional course on Internet and the usage of Internet, aimed at primary, secondary and high school students. During June 1-5th 2011, “CMB” team participated in KIDS EXPO where it has promoted actively the wooden educational toys it produces in collaboration with Innovative Solutions LTD, the first producer of wooden toys in Moldova. Learn more about our products from www.intrigo.md
On May 10th and May 17th 2011, “CMB” team organized 2 capacity building programs for the Center for Human Rights. Programs aimed at addressing the issues related to Strategies for promotion of public policies, Public policies cycle, Data collection tools, Awareness raising campaigns, etc.
On May 13 2011, “CMB” Training Center participated in a round table meting on presentation and discussion of the preliminary results of a study on “Personal data protection in the context of dialogue related to the liberalisation of the visa regime and negotiations of the future Association Agreement between Moldova and EU”. Â The study was conducted by our Romanian colleague, Bogdan Manolea, and was financially supported by Soros Foundation Moldova.
During May 2011, “CMB” Training Center organized a capacity building program on Strategic planning for http://www.csbn.md/ Centrul de SusÅ£inere a Business-ului pentru Nevăzători (CSBN) – a NGO founded in partnership with the Union of the Blind of Moldova, Ministry of Labor and Social protection, family, with support from Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Netherlands.
